We are proud to announce the consolidation of the German based GEA Messo GmbH and the Netherlands based GEA Niro PT B.V. into one operational entity GEA Messo PT. The newly formed company will combine the two technology centers for solution crystallization and melt crystallization into one operational entity using all cross-fertilizing synergies between melt and solution crystallization. At the same time our customers will profit from a better support out of larger and combined departments in sales, project management and services. The consolidation will become effective retroactively by January 1st, 2009.
